Midjourney “/settings” parameter setting tutorial

Enter the/settings command in the input box and send it


View Settings Panel
After sending/settings, the settings panel will be displayed

Select a graphical model
Click the dropdown menu to select the image mode


Raw Mode Mode
Native mode adaptation for V6, V5.2, V5.1, V5
Turning on this mode can reduce the filter effect of the image and improve the realism level



Special settings for Niji5 model
Niji5 has 5 painting modes
Default Style: Default Mode (Classic Comprehensive Art Style)
Expressive Style: Expressive Mode (leaning towards American style, strong impact)
Cute Style: Cute Mode (More Cartoon Cute)
Scenic Style: Scene Mode (suitable for images with a large proportion of anime scenes)
Original Style: Original mode (similar to default mode)


Style group
The greater the stylization, the heavier the filter effect, and the lower the correlation with the prompt words
also



In addition to selecting in the settings, you can also add — s value at the end of the prompt to control the degree of style. The value range is 0-1000
For example: child’s drawing of a cat — v 6.0– s 1000


Public and Private Modes


Only members above $60 can activate it, otherwise the robot will prompt to upgrade the subscription. The function of private mode is to display images that only the author can see


Mixed mode


Mixed mode activation means that when clicking the V button, a pop-up box will appear where you can modify the prompt words before making changes. It is recommended to enable it


Change group


This setting represents the intensity of the change. High variability results in stronger randomness, while low variability results in the opposite. Among them, high variation is the default mode
Speed group
As the name suggests, it affects the speed of drawing
Turbo mode has 4 times the drawing speed of fast mode, but it also consumes more fast time
